General info
This workation is all about inspiration and shifting perspectives, providing yourself and your team with tools and methods that enrich and ease your everyday work-life. You will learn about Design Thinking tools and techniques in a practical and applicable approach. Furthermore, you have the option to choose from a range of tools and techniques you may need for more effectiveness (and fun) in your business: from Business Model Canvas, facilitation to creativity and visualization techniques.
Our leisure activities are selected to support what you’re learning by giving the extra perspective and helping you focus on the “here and now”: Clear your mind and learn to solve problems by shifting perspectives with an inspiration walk in a local organic orchard. Get material for your own storytelling during a wine tour and tasting. Find images for visual thinking at a visit of local castles, old towns and royal parks.
The group stays in a hotel with an inspiring atmosphere. Single rooms or shared rooms are available. All meals will be provided. The programme is facilitated by workation hosts. The mornings will be filled with focused workshop time, afternoons are reserved for team activities. In the evening, joint dinners at the accommodation or outside the accommodation will be offered.
