Work & the City in Lisbon

General info

This vibrant city has so much to offer: beautiful sights and views, delicious cuisine, cozy cafes, tons of coworking spaces, a lively startup and digital nomad scene, warm climate and long beaches close to the city.

Stay 4-6 nights (e.g. Monday-Friday or Sunday to Saturday) with your team at one of our selected flats, houses, hostels or hotels. We offer you exactly the accommodation that fits best for your team.

We provide cozy top class accommodation, recommendations for cafes and restaurants, as well as coworking spaces and team activities. If desired, we shape the workation agenda with you and book everything for you, so you don’t have to worry about anything, and get the best deal. We can also help with arranging transport.

Agenda

Arrival day:
– Transport as arranged beforehand
– Arrival, check-in at accommodation
– Time to explore the neighborhood or have a first coworking session
– Welcome dinner and week planning

Workation days:
– Breakfast at accommodation
– Morning and early afternoon: Co-working sessions / team sessions
– Lunch: Self-prepared or catering at accommodation or seated lunch at nearby restaurant
– Afternoon: Team activities, e.g. sightseeing, team games, cultural activities, attend meetups, day at the beach, kitesurfing, surfing
– Dinner at accommodation or nearby restaurant

Departure day:
– Breakfast at accommodation
– Departure
– Transport as arranged beforehand

Accommodation

Different accommodation options are available. 

– Rental flat or house with shared rooms or private bedrooms & bathrooms, a living room for coworking and team sessions and a kitchen to prepare meals

– Bed & breakfast with shared rooms or private bedrooms & bathrooms, and a breakfast room where breakfast is served

– Hostel with shared rooms or private bedrooms & bathrooms and a breakfast room where breakfast is served

– Hotel with shared rooms or private bedrooms & bathrooms, and a breakfast room where breakfast is served, and possibly a restaurant where other meals are served, and possibly meeting rooms

In addition, desks and meeting rooms at a nearby coworking space can be rented for the team to meet for coworking and team sessions.

Your host

Out of Office Workations: It’s in the name. We organise group experiences outside your usual work environment, with the right balance of work, leisure and team building.

 Anne-Marie is the co-founder of Out of Office Workations and will be your host for this workation. She loves the city and the sea, and has been to Lisbon many times. Last but not least, Anne-Marie will answer any questions you have to make this the best workation you ever participated in!
